First Honor and Best Leader.
My son has been practicing for their graduation for weeks now. He plays a part in the dance number from selected Nursery and Kinder students. I am glad he is not that shy to join in such activity. But every time, I ask how their practice was, I also ask him if he is one of the Honor students. And he will just answer, I do not know.Until last Friday when the invitation and program were distributed together with the toga and ribbons, I saw
my son’s name and written under it was “First Honor and Best Leader”.Okay, I admit it, I am kinda expecting it. haha! (arrogant mom!)
O well, my son remained as Top One for the four grading periods with consistent “B” in conduct, (I wonder why?). And I’ve been telling my hubby that if my son did not get the First Honor, definitely, there was a scam going on. haha!
Seriously, I am super duper proud of my son.
Just seeing him wearing the toga and marching in the aisle, was a real achievement for us. What more hearing the host saying “First Honor and Best Leader- Ignacio, Louie Geraurd G?”
Of course, mom was the one who went up to the stage to put on his medal and
ribbon, indeed very proud mom. As I mentioned a while ago, he participated in the dance number. They were students from the Nursery and Kinder dancing the “Kembot”. I was really laughing my heart out because I never knew that my son can really follow and memorize those steps, though he is somewhat in a hurry dancing. I wish I could upload the video soon.
Anyways, after the ceremony, we went
O well, my son has finished the Nursery and it was a real accomplishment for all of us.
I just wish his motivation to learn will strengthen till the end.
And to you son, no one could ever be full of pride than US for having you to our family.
